When potential clients call and need us in a hurry, we do our best to answer. Check out this design of New Orleans author Marie Bookman. All done with WordPress! As a CMS system it is great for making small changes and for Search Engine Optimization. Best of all it can also be used as a “blog.”
With CMS systems like WordPress, your options are endless as to what you can do with your site. Filmmaker Aishah Shahidah Simmons needed something that could grow with her as her projects develop and her documentary screenings and press marched on.
She had also had the experience of never quite having her website reflect the real time events going on in her production company. Things always lagged at least a month behind on her website.

As a New Orleans Web Designer, one of my greatest resources and tools is the CMS (Content Management System) I use, WordPress. If you’re interested in creating a site that would grow with you, I definitely recommend WordPress. You don’t have to “blog” or use WordPress as a blog. It operates as a way to easily manage your content and let you edit and add to it for a long time.
